I work in the slums all over Kenya. On 28th Dec 2004 I was diagnosed with HIV/Aids condition. In 2008 I was diagnosed with cancer and I immediately started treatment. I was being attended by a private doctor and up to 2010 June I had spent over Ksh. 600,000.00 on treatment. Sometime in June one of the doctors in the clinic requested me to have a private discussion outside the hospital on my condition. I agreed and we meet at a private members club where we could get privacy. As we discussed it emerged that I actually did not have cancer but the doctor has been faking condition on some clients who looked like they had money. We agreed I go for other tests at a hospital of my choice and the results were that I actually did not have cancer.
The doctors said they would assist me in suing the doctor but I said I first needed to come to prayer house to say thanks to God which I did in June 2010. When the Priest preached on forgiveness it was sounding impossible considering the hurt but an inner voice asked me, which is better to have correct diagnosis with cancer or to have a wrong diagnosis without? I followed the teachings at prayer house and I forgave the doctor. I believe the same God will heal my HIV/AIDS condition.
The good news came with my spiritual life as after several retreats and truthful confession I gave my life to Jesus. Like Paul my patron saint I should have been thrown into a hell of fire because I had done all manner of sins but God is merciful. He forgave all my sins unconditionally. After giving my life to Jesus , God has saved me from two dangerous accidents in December on 10th and 15th respectively but was never hurt as every time I start my day/journey with adoration and celebration of the mass.
