Power of the Word

Did you know that there is power in the Word of God? The Word Heals, restores, empowers, gives life, blesses, redeems and gives hope. Are you in need of Spiritual help and wondering where to turn to? Read Slowly, Prayerfully, Repeatedly And With Faith:

2Pt. 3:9 – The Lord is not slow about his promise, as something of slowness, but is patient with you not wanting any to perish, but all to come to repentance.

Jer31:3 – the Lord appeared to him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.

2Tim2:22 – Shun youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.

1Cor7:16 – Wife, for all you know, you might save your husband. Husband, for all you know, you might save your wife.

1Cor7:14 – For the unbelieving husband is made holy through his wife, and the unbelieving wife is made holy though her husband.

Ps91:14 – Those who love me, I will deliver; I will protect those who know my name.

1Tim2:1 – First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings should be made for everyone

Eph6:18 – Pray in the Spirit at all times in every prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert and always persevere in supplication for all the saints.

Phil4:11 – Not that I am referring to being in need; for I have learned to be content with whatever I have

Heb12:4 – In your struggle against sin you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.

Ps16:11 – You show me the path of life. In your presence there is fullness of joy; in your right hand are pleasures for evermore.

I am grateful Phil4:6 – Do not worry about anything let your requests be made known to God.

I feel proud 1Pt5:5-6 “God opposes the proud, but give s grace to the humble.” Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of

God, so that he may exalt you in due time.

Isa.54:4-6 – Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; do not be discouraged, for you will not suffer disgrace; for you will forget the shame of your youth, and the disgrace of your widowhood you will remember no more. For your maker is your husband, the Lord of hosts is his name; the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer, the God of the whole earth he is called. For the Lord has called you like a wife forsaken and grieved in spirit, like the wife of a man’s youth when she is cast off, says your God.

Isa.46:3-4 – Listen to me, O house of Jacob, all the remnant of the house of Israel, who have been borne by me from your birth, carried from the womb; even to your old age I am he, even when you turn gray I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear; I will carry and will save.

Ps.41:4 – As for me, I said, “O Lord, be gracious to me; heal me, for I have sinned against you.”

1 Pt.2:24 – He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that, free from sins, we might live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.

I feel guilty Isa.43:25 – I, I am He, who lots out your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your sins.

Ps.25:11 – for your name’s sake, O Lord, pardon my guilt for it is great.

Sir.11:21 – Do not wonder at the works of a sinner, but trust in the Lord and keep at your job; for it is easy in the sight of her Lord to make the poor rich suddenly, in an instant.

Ps.2:8 – Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage and the ends of the earth your possession.

Jer.31:17-18 – There is a hope for your future, says the Lord: your children shall come back to their own country. Indeed I heard Ephraim pleading: “You disciplined me and I took the discipline; I was like a calf untrained. Bring me back let me come back for you are the Lord my God

Ps.113:9 – He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise the Lord!

Rom.4:18-22 – Hoping against hope, he believed that he would become “the father of many nations,” according to what was said, “So numerous shall your descendants be. ”He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body, which was already as good as dead (for he was about a hundred years old), or when he considered the barrenness of Sarah’s womb. No distrust made him waver concerning the promise of

God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God, being fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promises. Therefore his faith “was reckoned to him as righteousness.”

Isa.54:10 – For the mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but my steadfast love shall not depart from you, and my covenant of peace shall not be removed, says the Lord, who has compassion on you.

Jer.31:3 – I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.

Ps.139:13-14 – For it was you who formed my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; that I know very well.

Heb.12:3-4 – Consider him who endured such hostility against himself from sinners, so that you may not grow weary or lose heart. In your struggle against sin you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.

Bar.5:1-3 – Take off the garment of your sorrow and affliction, O Jerusalem, and put on forever the beauty of the glory from God. Put on the robe of the righteousness that comes from God; put on your head the diadem of the glory of the everlasting; for God will show your splendor everywhere under heaven.

Sir.30:21-23 – Do not give yourself over to sorrow, and do not distress yourself deliberately. A joyful heart is life itself, and rejoicing lengthens one’s life span. Indulge yourself and take comfort, and remove sorrow far from you, for sorrow has destroyed many and no advantage ever comes from it.

Jn.16:33 – I have said this to you, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you face persecution. But take courage; I have conquered the world.

Rom.8:37 – No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

1Cor.14:33 – For God is a God not of disorder but of peace.

1 Cor 2:12 – Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the spirit that is from God, so that we may understand the gifts bestowed on us by God.

2 Macc.8:18 – “For they trust to arms and acts of daring,” he said, “but we trust in the almighty God, who is able with a single nod to strike down those who are coming against us, and even , if necessary , the whole world.”

Ps.31:4 – Take me out of the net that is hidden for me, for you are my refuge.

Ps.141:9-10 – Keep me from the trap that they have laid for me, and from the snares of evildoers. Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I alone escape.

Rom.8:31 – What then are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

Lam.3:21-23 – But this I call to mind, and therefore if have hope: the steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

Rom.12:3 – For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of yourself more highly than you ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.

Lk.17:5 – The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!”

I feel weak Ps.27:1 – The Lord is my light and salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Isa.40:31 – Those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

Ps.59:9 – O my strength, I will watch for you; for you, O God, are my fortress.

I fear Satan 1 Jn.4:4 – Little children, you are from God, and have conquered them; for the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

Rom.16:20: The God of peace will shortly crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you

I fear failure 2 Cor.2:14 – Thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads in every place the fragrance that comes from knowing him.

I lack wisdom Dan.9:22 – He came and said to me, “Daniel, I have now come out to give you wisdom and understanding.

Jas.1:5 – If any of you is lacking in wisdom, ask God, who gives to all generously and ungrudgingly, and it will be given you.

Isa.41:10 – Do not fear, for I am with you, do not be afraid, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.

Phil.4:19 – And my God will fully satisfy every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Phil.4:13 – I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
